1. Non-Refundable Services All fees paid for our services, including consultation, supplier sourcing, and related activities, are non-refundable once services have been initiated or completed.This includes cases where suppliers are identified, vetted, or recommended based on your requirements.
2. Exceptions Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, if: Services have not yet been initiated.We fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in our agreement.Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@thinkdial.in within 7 days of the service agreement date.
3. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.Any applicable taxes or transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations You may cancel services by providing written notice to support@thinkdial.in. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or in progress.

2. Shipping Arrangements Supplier Responsibility: Shipping terms, including methods, timelines, costs, and tracking, are determined by the supplier you engage with. You are responsible for negotiating and agreeing on these terms directly with the supplier.Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with shipping products from suppliers. ThinkDial is not liable for any delays or costs related to customs clearance.Shipping Risks: ThinkDial is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping, as these are managed by the supplier or third-party logistics providers.

ThinkDial’s Role in ShippingWe may provide guidance or recommendations on shipping options based on supplier capabilities, but we do not control or guarantee shipping outcomes.Any disputes related to shipping, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged goods, must be resolved directly with the supplier or shipping carrier.

International Shipping For international orders, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import/export regulations and laws in your jurisdiction and the supplier’s jurisdiction.Suppliers may have specific international shipping policies, which you should review before entering into agreements.
